How do I setup auto-invoicing?
Auto-invoicing allows TutorBird to automatically generate and email invoices to your family on a regular basis.
Here's how to get started:
- Navigate to "Families & Invoices" from the main menu on the left.
- Select the families you wish to enable Auto-Invoicing for with the checkboxes on the left.
- Click "Auto-Invoicing " and select "Setup Auto Invoicing" from the drop down menu.
- Choose the settings that meet your business' needs.
- Click "Save" when done.
A few days before TutorBird creates your invoices, you'll get an email summary giving you a heads up. If you see any invoices that look incorrect, you can log into TutorBird and fix those family's accounts before the actual invoice is created.
