How do I add pictures to my existing Revenue & Other Expenses?
You can take a picture of your receipt or payment record and enter it into TutorBird. Or, you can collect your receipts and add them to the transactions you've already recorded.To add a picture to an entry already in Expenses & Other Revenue, please do the following
- Navigate to "Expenses & Other Revenue" from the main menu.
- Select a transaction to which you'd like to add a photo of the receipt.
- Click the green "+" button in the Attachments column.
- If you're using a mobile device, you have the option of opening your camera directly. If you're using a computer, you can choose your photo from your directory.
- Click "Save."
You'll now be able to View or Download the photo attachment!
