TutorBird allows schools to accept partial online payments from families.

  1. Click on "Settings" in the top right-hand corner and select "Business Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  2. From the "Options" tab, scroll down to the "Student Portal" section and locate the "Accounts & Invoices" field.
  3. Select the "Allow Partial Online Payments" box.
  4. Click "Save Options".

Once enabled, the "Make a Payment" button in the Student Portal will allow the user to change the payment amount.

Note: Parents will only have the option to make partial payments from the "Student Portal". When paying from the invoice, the full payment must be made.
