When a student fills out and enters your "Student Sign-Up" form, you have the option to enable our "Send portal login information to student once they are signed up" feature. This option is only applicable to the Active and Trial status. This will immediately send the Student Portal Login email to the family.

If a student uses your "Student Sign-Up" form through your TutorBird hosted website: 

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Select the "Pages" tab.
  3. Click the blue "Edit" button to the left of your "Student Registration" page.
  4. Verify the "Default Student Status" is set to "Active" or "Trial".
  5. Locate the "Send portal login information to student once they are signed up" field and select the grey checkbox.
  6. Click the blue "Save" button.

If a student uses your "Student Sign-Up" form through your existing website: 

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Verify the "Default Student Status" is set to "Active" or "Trial".
  3. Locate the "Send portal login information to student once they are signed up" field and select the grey checkbox.
  4. Click the blue "Save Settings" button.
