If your families appear to be missing charges for upcoming dates in their "Family Account", it's likely due to your "Balance Date" settings. The balance date allows you to navigate to a specific date to view any payments, charges or transactions for that family at that time. 

By default, the balance date is set to the last day of the month. This is done to give you a projection of the full range of transactions that will appear during that month. 

To view any future charges that are not appearing on the "Family Account", use the "Balance Date" and navigate to a future date.
