How do I change a student's status?
It's easy to change a student's status.
- Navigate to "Students" from the main menu on the left.
- Click the "Status" button on the right-hand side of the toolbar and select "All Students" from the drop-down menu.
- Click the blue "Zoom" button beside the student's name.
- Select the "Options" tab.
- Select the correct status from the "Status" drop-down menu.
Students who are categorized as Active or Trial can be scheduled in the Calendar. Waiting, Lead, and Inactive students cannot be scheduled.
