Students and parents can add their Skype usernames by logging into the Student Portal. 

Here's what they'll need to do: 

  1. Navigate to their name in the upper-right corner, and select "Profile Settings" from the drop-down menu. 
  2. Fill out the "Skype Username" field under the "Student Information" section.
  3. Click "Save" when complete.

Once saved, you'll be able to initiate Skype sessions with this student. To learn how to set up online Skype lessons, click here. 

Note: Administrators will need to ensure "Profile Editing" is enabled in their account Business' Settings, so parents can edit their student/parent contact details.
